If I cannot pay in full can I break up the payment into installments?
Yes. Payment plans may be set up by contacting a Swamp Rabbits Account Executive. Payment plans must be completed by specific dates, so please contact a Swamp Rabbits Account Executive by calling 864.674.PUCK (7825) to set up the installments that best fit your preferences and needs.


How can I reserve a seat location for season tickets?
Seat locations may be reserved with a $50 per seat NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. You can place a deposit online or by calling our ticket office and we will confirm your deposit and go over your seating preferences and payment options.


Am I the only person who can use my season tickets?
Anyone may use your seats. Feel free to pass them along to friends, family members, clients or even employees. Your seats are yours to use as you please. If you leave tickets at Will Call please make sure that the exact name of the person who is picking up your seats is on the Will Call envelope. No other person may pick up the seats.


Is parking included?
Parking is not included in your ticket package, but a limited supply of VIP parking is available for purchase through your personal Swamp Rabbits representative on a season long basis.


How do I get access to the Stella Lounge?
Stella Lounge access is limited to Swamp Rabbits FULL Season Ticket Holders, BSWA Suite Holders and BSWA Club Seat holders. Tables CANNOT be reserved in advance in the Stella Lounge unless you are a BSWA Club Seat holder or you have made prior arrangements with your Account Executive for a special circumstance.


When I exchange my season tickets for another game, can my guests gain access to the Stella Lounge?
Exchanged season tickets can be used to gain access to the Stella Lounge as follows: Exchanged season tickets can be utilized to access the stella Lounge for the specific game the tickets are issued for as long as the number of exchange tickets being presented for Lounge entry is equal to or less than the number of seats on the season ticket account. Example: A Season Ticket Holder (STH) with two seats on his/her account misses a game and exchanges the two tickets for the missed game for two tickets to another game. The STH now will have the two actual tickets for the specific game and two exchange tickets for that game. All four guests will be able to enter the Stella Lounge (two with the actual tickets for the game and two via the exchange tickets because there are two seats on the account). If this same STH misses two games and exchanges four tickets for another game, giving the STH six tickets for that specific game, four of the six guests will be able to enter the Stella Lounge (two on the actual tickets for the game and two via the exchange tickets because there are two seats on the account). If you have a special circumstance involving guests you are bringing to a specific game via exchanged season tickets, please contact your Account Executive to discuss Stella Lounge access.


How many times may I exchange an individual season ticket?
A season ticket can only be exchanged once. Once the ticket has been exchanged it becomes an individual game ticket and cannot be exchanged again.


Are season ticket holders guaranteed the giveaways?
Giveaways items are only guaranteed for Premium category Season Ticket Holders ticket holders. Full & Half Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase the entire collection of giveaway items during the offseason (orders must be received and confirmed by the designated cut-off date noted on the order form). Otherwise, giveaways are on a first come, first served basis. We will hold a limited number of giveaways at the concourse sales table for Season Ticket Holders. These will be distributed on a first-come basis to those who did not receive one at the door. With a limited supply of giveaways, we encourage you to arrive early to have the best chance at receiving a great giveaway upon entry to the arena.


How does the Free Friend Flex ticket work?
As a Swamp Rabbits Season Ticket Holder, you will receive complimentary Flex tickets and an accompanying set of Stella Lounge passes so that you can share the great game of hockey with your friends, co-workers and family! The complimentary Flex tickets and Stella Lounge passes will be distributed in the fixed quantities noted on the Season Ticket Holder Benefits Chart and will be distributed on a per household basis (the Flex tickets and accompanying Stella Lounge passes are NOT distributed per seat or per account). The Flex tickets will be redeemable for the same seating category as your season tickets and can be exchanged at any point in the season for any regular season game (based on availability).


Will I receive a refund for my season tickets if I am unable to use them for any particular reason?
Season ticket deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets that are unable to be used may be donated, or given away to various non-profit or community organizations. The Swamp Rabbits are happy to help with this process. Please contact your Account Executive if you are unable to keep/use your tickets and we will be happy to help connect you with some of these organizations.


May I enter/exit through and access the SANDLAPPER Securities VIP Lobby on game nights?
Like Stella Lounge advanced table reservations, access to the SANDLAPPER Securities VIP Lobby is a benefit reserved exclusively for BSWA Suite Holders & BSWA Club Seat Holders. If you are interested in more information on either of these seating options, please contact the BSWA Premium Services Department at 864-250-4886.


Can I relocate my seats if I’m not 100% happy?
Yes. We want to make sure you enjoy your seats!


Are there any discounts available to Season Ticket Holders?

When will my season ticket books be available?
Season ticket books will be available towards the beginning of the season. Stay tuned for exact details.


How many guests may I bring to Season Ticket Holder events and parties?
You may have up to the number of seats you own on your account for total attendees.
